If anything else works, Minecraft might be blocked somehow.

I checked firewalls and stuff and it's all fine there.
If it helps, I can't connect to any VPNs anymore either but i have no idea why.

I had a similar problem with vpns. try opening cmd and type:

netsh int ip reset

worked for me.

Windows, Linux or Mac? I still think that's an issue with the Firewall or your Antivirus.

If you are using Windows, search 'Firewall' and go into 'Windows Firewall with Advanced Security'. On the left click 'Outbound Rules' and right click to create a new rule. Make the rule for a port, which is '25565' and do this twice, once for UDP and once for TCP. This should allow outgoing connections to servers with the default Minecraft port that may not be currently connecting because of your firewall.

Otherwise it could be your router's firewall blocking traffic to/from MC servers.

Mac and windows, neither work. Tried both of your solutions and also nothing changes.
I checked my router, tried turning off the firewall there entirely and still no change.
If it makes a difference VPNs aren't working for me either

Could you try setting DMZ Host to your computers IP address (if that's available for you)?
Also turn it off again after testing MC :3

Do you have any other computers around? Could try connecting to MC servers on them.

Uhm, i'm afraid I don't know what dmz is and also I find no mention of it (I presume I don't have it)
Tried 3 other computers all yielding the same result so I guess it is something with my router, but I have no idea what it could be. Was working one moment and stopped the next.
